Arsenal cement £11m deal with FC Klon striker Lukas Podolski.
The German International has rejected a deal from Manchester United. It has been reported that he will earn at least £5.2 million a year in Arsenal.The current Premier League champions Manchester United has recently offered a new deal to Arsenal top target Lukas Podolski but the German International has rejected the deal to move to Arsenal this summer. It is said Arsene Wenger has lured him to join Arsenal this summer because he can speak German fluently.
26 years old Klon striker has spent 3 years with Bayern Munich before joining his home club FC Klon in 2009. His move to Arsenal was to finalize within this week but the German side is set to hold this deal as they are still struggling to get out of the relegation zone in the Bundesliga.
Arsenal full back Per Mertesacker is said to be the main reason for Cologne striker to join Arsenal as both of them are German International and Mertesaker has told him he would love North London.
